AI Analysis
96% match for this role. DSA is genuinely cooked (CF 1847, LC 1679 — not a “solved 3 easies” situation). Ships real backend stuff: two projects with actual users, Go + Postgres, 1.2K GitHub contributions that aren’t README edits.
- Strong: backend, system design basics, consistency
- Mid: frontend polish (fine, not the job)
- Referral risk: low — profile checks out

FAQ
Questions we've already heard.
We'd rather answer them once, clearly, than have you wonder.
Refril is a job referral platform for India. Job seekers ask for a referral at a company, and verified employees who work there review the request and refer them through their company's official employee referral program.
Yes. Refril is free for job seekers during early access. Referrers don't pay anything either — companies pay their own employees a referral bonus when a referred candidate is hired.
Yes — completely legal, and it only helps. Employee referral programs are an official part of hiring at most tech companies. A verified employee submits your referral through their company's normal HR portal, exactly as if a friend referred you. There's no separate or unofficial process, and no downside to being referred this way.
Every referrer is reviewed by the Refril team before they can see a single request. We check their LinkedIn profile against the company they claim to work at, and only verified referrers can accept referral requests. Candidates can see how many verified employees are available at each company.
Cold LinkedIn messages rarely work — people don't want to risk their reputation vouching for a stranger. On Refril, referrers have explicitly opted in to review candidates, so they're genuinely engaged, and they see your full profile and resume up front, so your request is taken seriously instead of being one more cold message.
Refril focuses on leading tech companies and high-growth startups in India, including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zepto, Groww, PhonePe, CRED, Razorpay, Meesho, Paytm and Atlassian, with more added regularly. If your target company has no verified referrer yet, you can still ask — your request waits there until one joins.
Create your profile and upload your resume, pick a company (and optionally a specific job), and send a referral request. Verified employees at that company see it and can accept it. Once accepted, you can chat with your referrer, they submit your referral on their company's portal and upload proof, and you track every step until the interview.
Nothing happens — there's no penalty to you either way. If it doesn't work out, you can request a referral at another company or for a different role any time.
